Process:	Complete the Fiscal Incentives application form, including all information of the company as specified. Submit the completed application together with all specified documentation to the address listed on the form.
Requirements:	Only companies registered and incorporated in Saint Lucia can apply for and receive fiscal incentives
Notes:	Each application must be reviewd by the Cabinet of Ministers; in addition any incomplete applications will require re-submission by the applicant. Therefore, processing time for each application will vary.
